Proton Energy For Innovative Scholarship Program
Proton Energy Systems as global hydrogen energy leader has presented Innovative Scholarship Program for students who demonstrate outstanding achievement, excellence and promise in the field of science or technology, and who plan to pursue higher education in this field.
The company has launched the million dollar scholarship program on November and will be closed on February 10th for this year applications. The scholarships amount of $100,000 each will be gives to the high school seniors across the nation for four-year undergraduate scholarship. Honorable Mentions, Proton Energy Achievers, will be awarded $500 prizes.
Tom Sullivan, Proton Energy owner and the national chain Lumber Liquidators founder, has funded this scholarship up to $1 million to the scholarship program administering that held by Hydrogen Education Foundation (HEF). He hoped with this scholarship program will inspiring young people with an interest in science and technology, and to help enable these promising students to pursue higher education in these fields.
The applicants will be evaluated on academic performance, strength of application, commitment to further education in a science or technology related field, financial need and demonstrated leadership, work ethic and community involvement. For the high school senior students across the nation who are interested in Proton Energy Scholarship to immediately submit an application before February 10th and the winners will be announced on April 15, 2010.
